  • Confirm the activity list in the schedule is complete (e.g., there aren't significant other Ross shaft activities to occur)
  • Confirm accuracy of assigned organizations to do the work
  • Confirm procurement FRA-SDSTA or FRA-CMGC is clear
  • Discuss specifics of overlapping work and how physically that can occur, particularly if it involves the shaft (try to use graphics)
  • How do the CMGC procurement activities (any ICE process or long lead procurements) fit into this timeframe?

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES DISCUSSION

  • Who in LBNF is responsible for each activity?
  • For SDSTA work scopes, who is point of contact?
  • Who controls Ross crew day to day activities? What are they working on during this timeframe?
  • How will the shaft utilities work be managed? Who is procuring the materials? Who is responsible for determining the overall work plan for this?
  • Who is scheduling the activities during this period? i.e., who is managing the big picture? Is that done at Fermilab or SURF?
  • When does CMGC take responsibility for scheduling activities in and around the shaft?
  • Relationship and partnering between SDSTA, CMGC and FRA
  • How does Ross crew work with CMGC when CMGC is in charge of scheduling the shaft?

  • Meeting QA/QC requirements for each task
