How to get an Alert when a Sharepoint library or list is changed
Select any item on the list to make the “Items” and “List” options appear at the top.
Select “List”, then “Alert Me”, then “Set alert on this list”
You can leave the options at default, or you can select to only be notified if others make changes, only for new items, etc.
Now you get an email when things change!
